Bob started at Jimbo’s as a Produce Clerk in November of 2004 in our Escondido location. Bob briefly transferred to our Carlsbad location in April of 2005 in the same role. In May of 2005, Bob was promoted to a leadership role as Produce Shift Leader in our Del Mar location. Not too long after this, in February of 2006, Bob was once again promoted to a Assistant Produce Manager in the same store location. In July of 2007 Bob was then promoted to the Produce Manager in our new 4S Ranch location. Besides being a Produce Manager, Bob also helps the store in a Manager on Duty role, to help oversee daily store operations. Bob truly is a wonderful manager, who takes pride in his work, and is extremely dependable. He is also known for his sense of humor, who enjoys making the workplace fun, as you can often find him singing in the back areas of the store to his favorite tunes. He is also a very kind individual who truly cares about his employees and their success. We see this daily when he takes the time to proactively communicate and work with them, so they are able to learn & grow in their current and future roles. Thank you, Bob, for all the that you do. We are very lucky to have you as part of the Jimbo’s Team, and can’t wait to celebrate an impressive 20 years at Jimbo’s in November of this year! Congratulations on this achievement, and to many more future accomplishments.
