Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing

1/3 cup organic rice vinegar
1/4 cup organic olive oil
2 Tbsp. organic sesame oil
1 Tbsp. organic raw honey
1 Tbsp. organic miso paste
1 Tbsp. organic soy sauce
1” fresh organic ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
2 cloves organic garlic, peeled and roughly chopped


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until creamy.
  3. Serve over salads. We recommend organic butter leaf lettuce with sliced organic cucumbers and chopped organic carrots.
  4. Store in refrigerator for up to three days.
  5. Makes 8 servings
