Peach Sun Tea Cooler

Filtered Water
5 tea bags organic white tea
2 organic peaches, sliced
½ cup organic blueberries
2 tablespoons fresh organic mint leaves
organic stevia, to taste


  1. Fill a large pitcher with filtered water and tea bags and leave in a sunny spot for 4-5 hours, or until tea reaches desired strength.
  2. Remove tea bags and chill tea for 2 hours, or until cold.
  3. Add peaches, mint, and blueberries to tea and muddle.
  4. Pour mixture over ice into individual glasses and sweeten to taste with organic stevia.
